My experience with Medhya Herbals was 10/10. My body and mind was stuck in flight or fight for a long time. There is so much information on the internet but I really needed a tailored plan and for someone to tell me what to do. Nidhi went above and beyond to answer 100000+ questions of mine. Though it hasn’t been long since I started implementing the changes, I feel so much better. I can’t wait to see where this takes me long term. They are excellent to work with, I recommend everyone to try it out.
