I ordered the Lattice Acrylic Pendant Lamp from HomeLights.nl and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived within just 7 working days. Unfortunately, the package arrived visibly damaged, and the lamp's ring was bent during shipping. I contacted customer support and received a response almost immediately. Their team was very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. A brand-new lamp arrived within a few days, and everything was perfect.
