Beware
My wife started the GLP1 process but never chose a medication or finalized as she backed out of it. However, we were charged $39.00 trial fee. She called and I emailed to explain that she did not choose or receive any medication and to cancel everything. One month later we were charged $135.00 (we received no medications) and when I disputed it I was told our membership was not closed as it has to be done online and that they cannot issue a refund due to the strict refund policies the have even though we never received and services or medications.
