Got refunded as stated on their garantee program
I purchased a 1-year license and they ended up charging me twice. On top of that, even though the software shows my recovered videos inside the program, it doesn’t actually let me export them properly. Every time I try to save the recovered files to a folder on my computer, the videos don’t download completely. So even though the program says the corrupted videos have been recovered, they never work outside of the EaseUS software. Very disappointing experience. Edit: They have reached out to me and renfunded me completed. So I am changing my rating and adding this to the review. Thanks Easyus team.
