Didn't know this was an overseas company or I would not have ordered. It has been over 16 days and I still have no shirt. Surprise - there is no customer service phone number to call. The interactive chat is ONLY a tracking link, WTH? One link says delayed, the other says it is on its way. I should have checked Trustpilot information about them first before ordering. I had no idea they were an overseas company doing business in the U.S. I don’t always have luck ordering from overseas. Will update this review IF and WHEN it arrives. UPDATE: While the customer service communication needs improvement, I have to update my rating to five stars. The blouse is beautiful. It is made from a quality silk as advertised. The color is as advertised. The construction and fit are flawless. I'm not sure if I will order again but overall, their product was excellent.
