The guide read from a paper and was struggling to do that, His voice was monotone and he was very hard to hear. A nice, sweet person, but needs a lot of work on presentation

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Took over a month after ordered to receive. Then it arrived without connectors. I contacted them multiple times through multiple methods with no response. I have filed a pay pal complaint
