Although I couldn't take the flexoplex supplements. My med issues not flexoplex issues. I took the tablets for a little over 1 week. They did help with arthritus inflamation. I am a 75 yr old with seems to be lifetime menopausal hot flashes. The supplements caused my hot flashes to increase quite a bit. I have returned the items, I will update when I see how long it takes to get my refund. So far customer service has been a good experience.
