Not high quality, be careful & spend your money elsewhere.
I’ve just received a replacement of my original product due to my last one disintegrating within a matter of weeks. We had a memorial plaque made up for our beautiful labradors grave & this ‘high quality plaque’ I purchased it simply a piece of plastic with a fabric/plastic topper. It peeled apart within about 3 weeks & was completely ruined. They agreed to replace it however I had to cover all postage costs. Not happy at all given this flimsy piece of plastic rubbish cost me around $90 AUD, plus $20 postage the first time, followed by $20 postage a second time! A disappointing experience on top of what was already a devastating time for our family. I would not purchase from them again. Update after reviewing & them making contact: still not helpful & rude to deal with.
