24,000 BTU mini split part replacement
I ordered a 24,000 BTU mini split. One of the two tube (large one - gas tube) has a kink in it. I contacted Electriclife via email. Amanda promptly respond and assure me they will replace the tube. I received the replacement the very next day. Thank you and great customer service.
