Excellent product, easy installation, and outstanding service!
I recently purchased the R500 retractable pergola from Alunotec, and the experience has been absolutely perfect from start to finish. The quality of the pergola is top-notch. On top of that, the installation is straightforward and very easy to do yourself. The customer service is unmatched. Communication was fantastic; I had a wonderful experience contacting Doreen and the rest of the team. They kept me fully updated through every step of the process. I truly wish all companies operated this way—customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommended!
