Can't afford returns
We ordered 2 PFDs, one was way too small (much smaller than the size guide) so we returned it - the PFD cost €65, the postage to return it is €30! Nootica don't pay the postage, they don't even let you take advantage of their much cheaper bulk postage rates, so unless you're buyimg very expensive items, you effectively have no consumer protection. The other PFD started to fall apart after one use - multiple threads unravelling at the seams. It's not worth even complaining as I can't afford the postage to send it back. I hate everything Amazon stands for, but if they send me something that is unsatisfactory, I can return it and get my money back. I've learned my lesson and won't make the same mistake again.
