My Final review about my terrible experience with ChicHerJewelry
This is my final review about my terrible experience with ChichHerJewelry, a resolution has finally been reached. Following my previous encounters detailed in my two earlier reviews, I am relieved to report that I have received a full refund, including the initially imposed fraudulent 30% cancellation fee by ChichHerJewelry.
I am sharing this review to give account of the process leading to this resolution and to caution prospective customers from falling victim to similar circumstances with ChicHerJewelry.
Despite numerous attempts to communicate with ChicHerJewelry via emails and my previous reviews on Trustpilot, their stance regarding the unjust cancellation fee remained unchanged. Their attempt to justify this fee under the guise of a "non-essential reason," in line with their ambiguous cancellation policy designed to evade accountability persisted - please refer to their response to my first trust pilot review on August 9, 2024.
The only way I was able to get them to fully refund me was through my escalation to PayPal, which took less than 24hrs to reach a resolution in my favour. I must specially commend PayPal for looking out for their customers.
It is worth noting that this resolution wasn’t out of good faith from ChicHerJewelry as they already became completely unresponsive to me prior to my PayPal escalation.
Imagine ChicHerJewelry wrote me an email immediately after the PayPal intervention and refund, to please retract my negative reviews about them on Trustpilot, despite their cold silence prior to the PayPal escalation and resolution. This is a plea I choose not to honour, as I believe that genuine feedback serves the interests of potential customers seeking transparency.
Another concerning practice observed with ChicHerJewelry is their solicitation of Trustpilot reviews immediately post-purchase, prior to even their order confirmation email. A trustworthy merchant would typically await customer order receipt for a comprehensive and impartial review of their products and services. My decision to withhold review until order fulfilment proved prudent given the outcome of my overall experience with them.
Reflecting on my overall encounter, ChicHerJewelry's conduct raises red flags regarding their transparency and customer-centricity. I would strongly recommend that potential customers exercise caution and informed discretion before engaging with ChicHerJewelry, considering my terrible experience as a precautionary measure before transacting with them.

Misleading and Unsatisfactory reply from Chicherjewelry...Pure Scam and Fraud!!!
Chicherjewelry’s reply to my last review on August 9 2024 says: “Sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience! Our jewelry is all hand-made and custom-made. If the customer cancels for other non-essential reasons! We only deduct the handling fee! The other amount will be returned to the payment account normally! I have verified that your money has been returned to your account! There is no fraud involved! pls learn more our policy" .
Chicherjewelry's above response to my recent review on August 9, 2024, is grossly misleading and fails to address the core issues. Despite their claims of a "bad shopping experience," the reality of the situation goes far beyond that. I did not cancel my order for “non-essential reasons” as stated in their response; rather, I cancelled based on crucial information provided to me by Chicherjewelry after purchase. Chicherjewelry conveniently omitted the fact that their handmade products require 7-18 days for production before shipping can commence, contradicting the expedited service I had paid for. This lack of transparency led to my immediate cancellation and request for a full refund on August 5, 2024.
The justification for imposing a 30% handling/cancellation fee on my refunds remains elusive. How can Chicherjewelry charge such a fee for an order that was never handled or processed due to their delayed production timeline, clearly outlined in their own email communication? It is preposterous to penalize a customer for a merchant's fault, especially when the merchant fails to provide accurate information upfront.
I refuse to accept this unjust deduction from my refunds for orders CH12349 and CH12345. This 30% fee is nothing short of theft, and I demand the immediate return of the withheld amount. Chicherjewelry must rectify this situation promptly and honor their commitment to fair and transparent business practices.

ChicHer is a Scam. Please Beware of their Fraudulent Practices!!!
On August 2nd, I placed orders CH12349 and CH12345 totaling $869.70 and paid an additional $39.98 for DHL Expedited Shipping (3-7 Business Days). However, on August 5th, I received an email informing me that their handmade products required 7-18 days for production before shipping could even begin. This crucial detail was conveniently omitted prior to my order placement, directly contradicting the expedited service for which I paid. As a result, I immediately requested a full refund on August 5th.
Despite their initial reluctance, ChicHer eventually refunded me but shamelessly imposed a 30% cancellation fee, which I find to be outright theft. Their justification pointed to a vague policy buried in their website, conveniently absolving themselves of accountability for their misleading practices. It is important to note that it took ChicHer a staggering 72 hours to inform me of the extensive production timeline, further exacerbating the situation.
ChicHer, I demand the immediate refund of the 30% cancellation fee imposed on my orders CH12349 and CH12345. Your unethical behavior is unacceptable and must be rectified immediately. This type of misleading and fraudulent conduct cannot go unchallenged!
