I ordered 2 bracelets
I ordered 2 bracelets, surprisingly one had faded picture, the other just an out of the other picture. Was requested to upload copies if the bracelets numerous times to no avail. They requested 3-4 times stating they need a clearer view of the bracelets, advised them that’s my point, if it’s not clear to me, how would you want me to make what you sent clear? Requested a refund 2-3 times with only another request for more pictures of the bracelets. I sent them 15 pictures of the bracelets and 4 clear pictures of the individual. If the pictures were bad in the beginning, then why accept them. Not a good company to deal with. No answer as of yet. 😡
