Paid for express duo. Was originally advertised as "5 minutes for a booster". After waiting 15 minutes I sent a message asking for an ETA and was provided "30-60 minutes"?. After that time passed, I messages again and they just said " we currently do not have a time to provide". After over 90 minutes of waiting, I attempted a refund and am still waiting for that to process.
