Panels arrived heavily damaged
Panels arrived heavily damaged and shipping company delivered them knowing they were damaged and very quickly departed before they could have been reviewed by staff. However, the process to get new ones was easy after submitting a few photos. We are still waiting for confirmation on shipment of the new panels. UPDATE: Received new panels without issue. Please note these are very flimsy and made with cardboard inside so they can damage easily. One of the new panels was slightly dented on the side so it was a little difficult sliding the poles down the side but we were able to make it work with some olive oil!
