Valid tickets
I googled “Copenhagen to Stockholm trains” with the intention of booking two tickets with the train company. I ignored the first two results – one of which I now realise was rail ninja - which were sponsored. The top unsponsored result was trainline which I knew to be a booking agent and instead went for the second result – swedentrains.com which sounded like the train company and took payment through rail ninja. The price for the tickets quickly shot up from £100 each to £150 each. In due course I realised Swedentrains.com and rail ninja are booking agents not train companies and that the tickets were still on sale for £100 with sj.se the train company. I was concerned that I had been scammed and the tickets wouldn’t be accepted but thankfully they were. I later raised this issue with Rail Ninja who were really very good with the speed and accuracy of their replies and promptly refunded me £100. So Rail Ninja do provide rail tickets at a decent price and are easy to deal with but I cannot give them five stars because the price rise unnerved me enough to pay a further £50 each for flexible tickets plus I find the company name Swedentrains.com misleading.
