Poor contact with company based in…
Poor contact with company based in China. Bought my scooter for my son. He has scooter about 1y where 6 months he was not able to use it as it was constant broken. Now scooter is broken again I apply for new part where my guarantee was extended as scooted on the beginning never comes on time. They said durning that time whenever sxooter breaks I just text them and I get new parts. This was my understanding as I got that in email. Now they said that policy is different and I have to pay 50$ to replace battery. Whenever scooter was down poor contact as well. I had to wait weeks before someone come back to me. Not recomended at all!
