Terrible experience! Avoid this company!
I had high hopes for this fulfillment company, but they've proven to be completely untrustworthy. After encountering an issue with one of my orders, I requested a refund, only to find out they suddenly changed their refund policy without even informing their customers or putting a reference link where they can see the refund policy. This conveniently happened after I reached out for assistance, making it impossible to get my money back. The lack of transparency and customer support is appalling. It feels like they make up rules as they go to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you're looking for a reliable partner for your business, look elsewhere. These people will leave you frustrated and out of pocket!
