Avoid Wondershare Products: Unfair No-Refund Policy
I strongly advise against purchasing Wondershare products due to their unfair no-refund policy. I recently bought Wondershare MobileTrans and quickly realized it wasn't suitable for transferring WhatsApp data. After using it for just one hour, I canceled my membership and requested a refund. Unfortunately, their AI bot wasted my time, and when I finally reached a team agent, I was told that they do not process refunds for "wrong orders" or "change of mind." Wondershare, you've just lost me and over 200 potential customers in a single click with this childish policy. Keep up the good work—if driving customers away is your goal.
