This company’s website features attractive, high-quality photos of their clothing. Unfortunately, the items I received did not match what was advertised. The products were shipped from China and arrived as low-quality replicas of the images shown online. The garments were poorly constructed and made from thin polyester fabric with printed designs rather than true woven or sewn detailing. I attempted to return the items, but the return process was extremely costly and complicated. After I shipped the package back, the company claimed it was being held in customs and asked me to pay additional fees. When I contacted USPS, they confirmed that once a return shipment is sent, any customs issues are the responsibility of the recipient—not the sender. Despite this, the company refused to resolve the issue or issue a refund. PayPal was also unable to help, and I ultimately lost the full cost of the purchase and return shipping. Based on my experience, this company is misleading in its advertising and does not provide fair or reliable customer service. I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.
