Customer service said I had a hold on the order I made and it would be removed. I have asked for a refund for this order and asked them to please process that for me. This process and order has taken way too long over a week now no tracking on it just a label. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Customer service responses and actions have given no solutions. I will never purchase another anything from Eden there a scam in the making. I give them a minus -100 on service.
