Beautiful rug, great customer service
Beautiful rug, quick delivery, and impeccable customer service. We encountered an issue with our order, but the Nordic Knots team handled it professionally, quickly, and generously. Communication was excellent throughout, and the resolution exceeded our expectations. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters is how they respond, and Nordic Knots truly impressed us. A special thank you to Sandra for the outstanding support.
