Ordered using the Buy3 code to get the 4th free. On my end the code went through and showed evryhign was fine. They said I did not use code and they only sent 3 paintings. I messaged support right away and they would not send the 4th free paintng. I never would have ordered 3 ..I only did this to get the 4th free. I previously ordered 6 pairings with paint by Numbers shop and never had any problems. I thought this was the same company ....maybe it's not. Update: They eventually offered to refund 15% on my purchase which I appreciate.
