8/25/24=my son likes shirt despite it being wrong. So this matter is ok now
I'm a v3 almost v4 buyer as my current loyalty points are over 4,000 points and I still have orders coming in. Today, the seller sent me a totally different shirt than advertised. I went to do a dispute, and the app will not let me. It said dispute has to be done within 21 days of receiving product. I did a dispute same day I received it and still no luck. The app shows the receiving date as today and still will not work. As a result, dhgate and the seller scammed me out my money and I'm stuck with a shirt that I did not order. I'm officially done with dhgate. They will nit get a penny from me moving foward. I'm disgusted and feel betrayed. As soon as the rest of my orders come in, I'm deleting the app. The problem that I'm facing is the fact the remaining orders may be wrong and dhgate will probably scam me again. I cant beleive they treat v4/v3 buyers like this. Well you lost my business
