The product itself was just okay—not great, not terrible. Someone came to my house, and I agreed to try the service. What I did not agree to was being locked into a contract I never knowingly signed. When I asked Pestie to cancel my plan, they told me I was required to pay for two more treatments. Long story short, I’ve repeatedly asked them to cancel, yet I keep getting billed anyway. No one seems willing to fix the issue, and I’m stuck paying for services I don’t want and didn’t authorize. I would caution anyone considering Pestie to be very careful. The customer service and cancellation process have been extremely frustrating, and I still haven’t been able to get them to stop charging me.
