The management was completely unreasonable with us. First they add a 4% charge if you pay using a credit card. If you opt to pay by check, it must be certified. Second we rented a pod from them. They made us pay for an additional whole month even though it was only 1 day into the month. Completely inflexible and created a difficult level of comfort.
