Non existent customer support
I had purchased a Bluetooth/wireless keypad lock from them via Amazon. It worked for a few months before I had issues. It completely died less than a year from purchase. I’ve contacted customer support and they responded about send the order number and a video. I replied for an answer on 3 occasions over a 2 month period and never heard a response from them. This is not a way to run a company. I would avoid them and their company. Use a brand name and not Amazon because it’s quick.
