This is to thank Sara for hearkening to my plea and approving my refund. I purchased clevguard kids pro in error without noting carefully that the most recent version of iOS 17.6.1 wasn't covered. As per policy, this is not a permissible reason for refund, so I was initially denied refund. Thankfully, I noticed this error early (10mins after payment) and was yet to access nor even download the software, so I presented the perculiarity of my situation to Sara and after an initial tugging back and forth, she understood and approved my refund. I have now received my money in full. Thank you.
