I am only providing 1 star to get this posted. I ordered wig and was inquiring about exchanging, and I was within the 14 day time frame. I continuously reached out via chat and email and NO RESPONSE from anyone. The 14 day time frame expired and I still had no response from anyone at this business. I was forced to keep this wig. The only time they reached out to me was when I initially ordered the wig and that was to let me know the wig was enroute to me. They only post positive reviews I'm guessing to make themselves look good. I doubt if any of those positive reviews are from real customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I can't imagine how many people they have done this to and it's not fair.
