Poor substitutions
As a rule, the Seven Eleven website is reliable. Lately my I delivery orders have been changed and the replacements I receive are useless to me. For example, today I ordered string cheese because I prefer fresh cheese similar to mozzarella or farmer cheese. I wanted that snack because the batch I made was not to my liking. I received packs of Monterey and American cheese. I have plenty of American cheese in the refrigerator as well as a gallon if whole milk which I will use to make fresh mozzarella later This is the second time that I have received the wrong cheese. The clerk that prepared the delivery does not realize that Monterey/Cheddar tastes nothing like mozzarella cheese.
