DO NOT BOOK IN AGODA, WE BOOK THROUGH KLOOK INSTEAD ALL, I checked AGODA and for every post the have in FB there are unclaimed refunds. Same thing happened to us and its roughly 200usd that havent paid back. AGODA STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE AND OUR MONEY WASNT REFUNDED. TO AVOID WASTING MONEY “DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY” THIS IS THE REASON WHY WE MOVED ALL OUR BOOKINGS IN KLOOK This COMPANY IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING I will make sure that this company gets the review it deserves to avoid gaining more victims. I am highly infuriated ny how disgusting this company steals other people’s money including ours
