Ordered Luba 2 mower on 4th February, paid 100% cost and according to their website, thought I was dealing with an Australian supplier. As a pre-order, i was advised that delivery would be in April. To date, still no idea of when it may be delivered; repeated responses are 'sorry, we understand your frustration; thanks for your support, etc'. I have received no meaningful help or information to date. Unless you want the angst, DONT DEAL WITH THIS MOB!!!
