Order #39161977 I’ve spent over $20,000 and have been a long time user of this site but support has been absolutely horrendous in the past few months. For this order, they gave me an invalid code and stalled me for 2 months, saying I wasn’t inputting it correctly and retry again in a different way. Nothing worked. Told me a week ago they’d have to help me resell it and I would receive the funds in 1-7 business days. The time has passed and I’m wondering why they can’t just refund me for a broken code? Support has ghosted me yet again. I suggest for long term buyers or for large code purchases to stay away. It’s not worth the risk to get a broken code and wait 2+ months for a resolution that may just be another time staller. This site used to be good but now it’s horrible in service. Reward system sucks as well, you get $15 in store credit after spending $20,000.
