Another Victim Who Has Been Scammed
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is fraudulent. They advertise beautiful wigs on their website and send quality units to influencers to review on Youtube. However the units that they ship to customers are nothing like those that are pictured. It is a scam and the influencers are in on it. I purchased what I thought was a beautiful auburn bob and spent $150. The unit delivered was complete, raggedy trash. It had short, brittle hairs at the top, scraggly ends, etc). Honestly it look like they skinned an animal and used the fur to make the wig. And they have the nerve to claim that it is %100 human like we are stupid. I was told by customer service that the short brittle hairs are unavoidable due to the craftsmanship of the wig (which is a complete lie), and that it can be fixed using some hair tamer. I own several lace front units that do not have random short hairs sticking out. My cheap $30 synthetic looks better than this. I requested and refund and was told that I would have to pay for the return label which is absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
