Do not buy from NewYes – they refuse to honour their warranty. I purchased an electronic notebook from MySyncBook.Shop and it turned out to be defective. The product came with a one-year warranty that clearly stated NewYes was responsible for handling any issues. However, when I contacted them, they completely refused to take responsibility. At first, I tried to resolve the issue with MySyncBook.Shop, but they are the biggest scammers—they sell the notebook, take your money, and then completely ignore messages. After they refused to help me, I turned to NewYes, assuming they would at least stand by their own warranty. But instead of providing support, they told me it was MySyncBook.Shop’s responsibility. In the end, neither NewYes nor MySyncBook.Shop took responsibility, leaving me stuck with a completely useless notebook. I paid 89.90 CHF for a product that does not work—it won’t even connect to a computer screen. Despite the warranty, NewYes refuses to provide a replacement or repair. This company does not stand behind its own products and leaves customers stranded with faulty devices. If you’re considering buying from NewYes, be warned: they do not honour their warranties, and their customer service is non-existent. Avoid them at all costs!
