ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LITERALLY ZERO. DO NOT BUY CREWORKS. They literally have no voice customer service. Chinese crap with customer service technical support provided from a shipping agent after 10 days of emailing. On top of that they lie. I was promised a free refund and return shipping in writing in an e-mail. After zero support and not wanting to be tormented the rest of my life if I needed support I asked to return the product for the free refund. Mind you it's never been used or even plugged in. No response now. RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY FAST AND FAR.
