Scammers!
Scammers! There were fraudulent credit card transactions with a total value of over USD 6K. Rapyd's 2FA had not worked, yet still there were hundreds of small card transactions. After half a year of writing back and forth a meagre USD 1.6k were refunded, rather than all of the transactions voided. "Not our problem" was basically their answer. Avoid at all cost. Go with Statrys or another payment provider, but do NOT use Rapyd! Scammers! They will probably reply "sorry that our service wasn't up to par, but we're learning every time, etc. etc.", but ultimately they don't do anything. Thieves. Is there anyone else with a similar experience with Rapyd? Perhaps join forces and sue them?
