The trial credits dont work. Prompted to buy.
I am so overwhelmed with how hard it is to find help from this site. Why would I pay for a service that even as a free trial is so difficult to navigate to a help or contact section? Only ONE video of my " free 3 credits " even uploaded. The others instantly prompted me to become a premium member while showing I still had 2 credits left. Very aggravating.
