Don't waste your money or your sanity
I've been a customer with them on and off since 2013. Never had a problem from 2013-2016. Shipping was on time etc. Then I started ordering from them again in 2022 up to recently. The amount of issues is beyond frustrating. Not sending the full order, shipping the wrong items and you pay high price for expedited shipping for 3-7 days BUT they don't ship out for weeks. So why bother paying for expedited shipping? There is no customer service in fixing the issues either. They ignore emails for days. I've dealt with many Chinese suppliers all who have been extremely helpful, very kind and we had a great working experience. Beads.us is NOT that company. Don't waste your money or your sanity.
