However, what sets Black Beard apart is its exceptional team and customer support, which are easily 5 stars. The team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to resolving issues and supporting customers. It’s clear they’re committed to improving the experience, which gives me some hope for the platform’s future…. Overall: Product: ⭐⭐ Team & Support: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re new to algo trading and value strong customer support, it may be worth considering. But for traders looking for a fully functional system that has no limitations such as the ones above, I’d strongly recommend waiting until these critical issues are resolved. Otherwise the system works half of the month and on mostly long positions (frustrating). Really hoping this is a priority for the company.
