Terribly quality and return shipping is around $200
Bought some shirts here after being bombarded with nonstop ads on Facebook. Nothing on the site to warn you that if you don’t like your shirts, you’ll have to pay around $200 to ship them back. I ordered 3 shirts for around $80 a while back, and didn’t like them. They didn’t look as good as the pictures, ran way small, and just seemed like cheap, poor quality garbage. Also, the brand on the tag is Atlanl, which is another company I kept seeing FB ads for. Apparently one of those things where they sell the same shirts under 20 different names—seems scammy to me. So I started a return, and they gave me an address in China for returns with no paid return label. I went to USPS, UPS and FedEx, and all three told me it would be around $200 to ship there. Contacted JoliPlacard and they said I would have to ship back for a refund. After I complained they offered a 50% refund to keep the shirts, then 60%, and I think I finally got a 75-80% refund, so it’s like I paid $20 or so to ship them back. I will give the shirts to Goodwill I guess. Just be aware not to order from this company unless you’re prepared to lose whatever money you spent if you don’t like the shirts, because shipping them back is ridiculously expensive and they don’t offer you any cheaper options. I have no idea how they have so many 4-5 star reviews on here, because I’ve seen many people on Reddit or other places with the same experience I had. This company knows it’s crazy expensive to ship back and they should be honest about the items coming from China and costing so much to ship back, or they should offer free return shipping labels. I have never had a company do this before in my life.
