I was very nervous when purchasing a laser engraver from another country because of the risk of customer service. After investigating to fin that iKear.net had the better reviews I followed my gut and went with them. I've just had a minor issue with a cable and without any delays the service team at iKear.net have helped me resolve the issue with a new replacement cable on its way. They have been efficient, supper helpfull and professional and for that reason I give them 5 stats.
