Scam & Liars! Avoid this company
First of all, their shipping prices are atrocious. Their website system is difficult to navigate and most of the time their payment methods are not working. If you can't send out your items because of the payment methods not working, they charge you $5 storage fees even though it's their fault that you're unable to pay. In the end, they refuse to send out your items trying to hold them hostage to get more money out of you. Their customer support is not helpful at all. They also make you charge your account which means you have to charge more money than you actually have to pay. Getting that money back means it's your loss due to conversion fees etc. Just avoid this company!!! Edit: I reached out like suggested in the reply by the company. They are lying about the storage fee prices, they are lying about the free storage period, they are lying about their systems working properly and they are lying about wanting to resolve things.
