So hard to get in touch with them
So hard to get in touch with them. I just need to find out the status of my subscriptions. Would like to find out if they are being auto-renewed and if so it seems impossible to cancel them because you need to contact customer support to do that!! Emails and contact form go unreplied. Called the phone number but went straight to voice mail. This is very frustrating and suspicious.
