Very slow response
Very slow response My issue below has been resolved. I have received my refund. I purchased a pair of sneakers but discovered that they were too small when they arrived. I requested to have these returned. Novelship wrote back that they absolutely do not accept returns. I then wrote back referring them to their own website where they clearly have a returns policy. They then wrote back saying "of course we"ll accept the return". I posted off the return which they acknowledged having received in good condition. It has now been a whole month and I have not received my refund. I have emailed them several times and am yet to hear from them.
