Long Processing Times and Defective Products
I've been using this supplier for months and have placed over 300 orders. While I was initially satisfied with the quality of service, I now deeply regret working with them. First of all, their order processing times are extremely long, averaging around 5 days. Despite repeatedly warning them, they have sent defective products to my customers. They ship products without checking them. When I requested a refund with product videos as evidence, they said they would investigate but did nothing. They still haven't refunded the money for the defective products. Additionally, they increase product prices and shipping fees without prior notice. I will find a new supplier as soon as possible. My advice to you is to avoid using this supplier.
