Avoid if you can
This is a great choice when you want to be debt free. Credit 9 was really good when I was starting a loan with them but once you started in the program they have Sh1++y customer service. The app doesn't work, the chat in the app doesn't give you a definitive answer. I tried emailing them but no reply and its been 2 weeks since I emailed. I called and someone said they will look into my inquiry but ofc no one's calling me back. I sent another email to follow up and no reply. Don't schedule an additional payment, mine are missing, so I learned my lesson the hard way and I can't even look at my balance because the app isn't working. So avoid! if you can, try another service if you can research more, because this one is just bad customer service when you're already in their program.
