Positive experience, excellent communication and quality.
I have now placed several orders with Vast Gifts, both large and small. From the moment an order is placed through to delivery, the level of communication has been excellent. The products are of high quality, delivery is reliable, and the team is always extremely responsive to any questions or requests. A special mention to Olivia Guo, who represents the business exceptionally well. Olivia has been professional, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Vast Gifts if you’re looking for quality products with excellent customer service.
