I had an absolute great experience with the company. Even when the hose I bought didn’t work because didn’t fit (my fault for not verify the part no.) they allow me to return the item without much issue. The personalize treatment of Luna really did the difference. I wish there would be more people like her on customer support instead all these new AI fake support system. Thank you a lot Luna.
