Illegal practices
The customer service is shocking and at times illegal. I tried to return an item withing 14 days of buying online and they tried to charge me postage TWICE when I paid to return it. This is illegal and they didn't really care when this was pointed out (its even on their T&C). It has been over a month and they still haven't refunded the money and keep blaming it on different departments or then say it's been processed when it hasn't.
